Handy base for exploring Krakow. Bed was really comfortable, breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the way our deluxe queen room was. It offers great location.

Hotel was beautyful and everything was exellent. All the staff were wery kindly and helpful. I enyoied my stay in this hotel a lot.

Good location and good facilities, had room service one evening and service and food was excellent, delivered in 20 minutes. The location by the river, castle and ten minutes walk to the centre of the old town make it an ideal location for sightseeing. It is worth booking a room with a view as I did as some of the rooms have internal windows only overlooking the internal atrium. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious. Hadn't booked breakfast but when I enquired was offered breakfast at a lower rate of 65 Zloty rather than the 85 Zloty standard price for the duration of my stay, so if you book room only and want to have breakfast it is worth enquiring when you arrive. Someplace Else bar attached to the hotel is good place for a cooling drink after a days sightseeing.
Hot food at breakfast could have been a little hotter. I arrived early at the hotel and they couldn't find my reservation, after a wait of over an hour they found it. They said something about how it maybe it hadn't come through from central reservartions

Spacious and comfortable room. Window did not open but there was air conditioning. Hotel itself was very clean and breakfast options superb. Hotel staff extremely friendly and always ready to help.
Very slight niggle but the hairdryer just a basic model which not helpful with the heat and humidity.

Thank you very much!! The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable and even had iron and ironing board. The beds and bed linen - excellent. The hotel was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The swimming pool was pleasant and the sauna was a nice luxury because we had torrential rain during our stay. The location of the hotel is excellent for the castle and only a short walk to the old town and also in a good spot for walks along the river. We would definitely book your hotel again if we return to Krakow and the hotel deserves to be successful. Many many thanks
No need for any "complaints" because we were extremely happy with our stay but I add the following in order to try to be constructive and helpful. We stayed 3 nights and our bed linen was changed after 2 nights and we did not feel this was necessary (environmental issue) - but thank you all the same. The main restaurant was lovely but a bit expensive and we would have been more likely to eat in the restaurant in the evenings if there were more Polish food options. Thank you for complimentary tea/coffee in the room and it would be nice to have small portions of milk in the room instead of the milk powder.

Friendly efficient staff, good location, excellent facilities.
-
The staff was very polite and kind, the hotel and room is beautiful, and the bar is excellent.
The sauna and swimming pool was closed at 20.30 on weekend.
-
It was nicely situated beside the river and near enough to the Square. The Hotel was spotless. The Hotel was quiet even though it was full, which was nice as it was peaceful. The Someplace Else Bar was a nice contrast to the reserve of the Hotel.
We booked a deluxe room, it didn't seem like we had anything extra than a normal room. There was no Bathrobes.
-
Location and range of facilities.
Single beds instead of a double. Only one bathrobe / slippers between us. No opening on windows, so had to rely on the air conditioning. Sandwiches / snacks very pricey and not very good quality (though great breakfast).
-
